At IYS, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@iysathletics.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@iysathletics.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
